Welcome to 2020 and episode 50! I'm sure you've seen positive body image posts everywhere as this movement is taking off. I love it but I find that few people explain how to actually love your body. It's hard to change old patterns of thinking and scripts we've learned from childhood. In this episode I talk with health and fitness coach Tanja Shaw all about learning to love your body and become a role model for others.
